We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and notify you prior to fulfillment. You will not be charged for a cancelled order.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the shipping destination.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Roman Skin currently ships within the United States only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Roman Skin is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Roman Skin pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Roman Skin is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
• Gift cards and final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
