Returns are limited to one satisfaction return per product, per household. Sets and bundles must be returned together. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable. We may limit or refuse requests involving suspected misuse, fraud, or excessive returns.

Contact us using the Contact page within 60 days of delivery and include your order number and the product you would like to return. We will provide return authorization and instructions. Your return must be shipped within 14 days of authorization.
